- Tenant Registration |
| In
order to better assist you in an emergency situation (fire,
earthquake, flood, slab leak, etc.) the Association requires
that each unit owner provide an Emergency Contact number
for both the owner and current resident. This information
will be kept on file at the Management Company. Failure
to comply will result in a fine assessment. When possible,
a locksmith may be hired to gain entry to your unit. The
expense for the locksmith will be assessed to the homeowner's
account. In an Emergency, emergency personnel may gain
access to your unit by force. Repairs for resulting damages
will be assessed to the homeowner's account. New
Owner/Tenant Registration. |
