Parking Rules & Restrictions |
A.
Only one vehicle may be parked within a designated
vehicle parking space or carport and may not extend
past the roofline. "Back in" parking is
not allowed.

B.
Vehicles shall be parked in assigned spaces only unless
permission has been given by the owner of that space.
Homeowners may tow cars illegally parked in their
assigned space at the vehicle owner's expense. Legal
proof of ownership may be required by Tow Company
prior to tow.

C.
Vehicles parked in areas marked as FIRE LANES or in
NO PARKING AREAS are subject to immediate tow at vehicle
owner's expense.

D.
Carports or parking spaces shall not be used for the
storage of furniture, boxes, papers or any other items;
or for long-term vehicle storage (more than 30-days);
or for the storage of non-operating vehicles.

E.
Non-passenger vehicles (commercial vehicles, motor
homes, recreational vehicles, etc.) over one (1) ton
(capacity) may not park anywhere in the complex. No
parking of boats or utility trailers of any kind is
allowed.
|
F.
All vehicles parked in complex must be licensed, insured,
display current registration stickers, and in operating
condition. Non-operating vehicles may not be stored
anywhere in the complex. All vehicles not in compliance
are subject to fine assessments and/or immediate tow.

G.
Residents may not park in Visitor Parking at any time.
Visitor Parking is reserved strictly for guests.
|
H.
Vehicles are to be driven safely at all times. The
speed shall not exceed 10 MPH.
|
I.
There is NO repairing of vehicles in driveways, guest
parking, common area, or grass areas. Minor repairs
that can be completed within 30 minutes, such as a
flat tire, fan belt, or light bulb replacement, may
be performed in the Owner's designated garage or carport.

J.
Residents are responsible for preventing and/or removing
oil, grease, gasoline, coolant or any other spillage
or drippings from their vehicle from the garage floor,
carport, space and/or other surfaces within the complex.
Any damage caused by such substances will be repaired
by LVMHOA at the expense of the homeowner. Regardless
of source of damage to carports, garages and parking
spaces, it is the responsibility of the homeowner
to maintain in good repair his/her assigned carport,
garage or parking space.

K.
Car washing is permitted at the designated concrete
area located at North end of the "F" building
only.
|
L.
No persons or pets may reside in garages, carports,
storage lockers, campers, trailers or any kind of
vehicle located within the complex.
|
M.
Garage and storage compartment doors must be kept
closed and locked.
|
N.
DO NOT, under any circumstances challenge, threaten
or attempt to interfere with Parking Enforcement Personnel
in the course of their duties. Any such behavior WILL
result in a fine (NO WARNINGS, NO EXCEPTIONS). In
addition, criminal and/or civil charges may be filed
by the security company and/or security officer. If
you wish to dispute a violation, send a written request
to the Management Company.

O.
False car alarms unattended for more than 5 minutes
violate all homeowners' right to peaceful enjoyment.
Failure to properly maintain your car alarm or respond
may result in a fine assessment.

P.
NO PARKING in front of mailboxes or mailbox area
mail carrier exempt.
