A.
All persons using the pools do so at their own risk.
The Association does NOT
assume responsibility for the safety or acts of any
person. (THERE
IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY)
|
B.
All posted rules must be followed. Failure to do so
will result in denial of pool privileges.
|
C.
Gates shall be locked at
all times.
Exterior pool gates and bathrooms are locked after
posted pool hours. Climbing the pool fences is prohibited.
Residents using the pool must bring the pool key in
order to gain access to the pool and may be asked
to identify themselves and their unit.

D.
Family Pool hours 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. Gates
will be locked after hours.
|
E.
Adult Pool and Jacuzzi hours are 9:00 AM to 10:00
PM, Sunday through Thursday, and 9:00 AM to midnight
on Friday and Saturday. Gates will be locked after
hours.

F.
The Adult Pool area is designated for adults 18 years
and older. Under no circumstances are children to
be permitted in the Adult Pool Area.

G.
Running, excessive noise, loud music, pushing or "rough
housing" in the pool or on the deck is not allowed.
|
H.
All guests utilizing the pool area must be supervised
by a resident at all times.
|
I.
Any person age fourteen (14) or under must
be accompanied by an adult (18 or older). Children
between the ages of fourteen (14) and seventeen (17)
are not permitted to supervise children.
|
J.
No floating boards of any kind, floating chairs, or
hard objects of any nature are allowed in the pools.
Single person air filled mattresses may be used but
must be removed if pool becomes busy with other guests.

K.
NO
GLASS CONTAINERS OR BOTTLES
are allowed inside the pool area. Failure to observe
will result in an automatic fine.
|
L.
Playing with pool safety equipment is not allowed.
|
M.
Residents are responsible for policing the pool area
and collecting all of their trash and belongings before
leaving the pool area. No littering in pool area.
Food must not be left in the pool area or thrown in
the pool!

N.
NO
EATING IN THE POOL.
|
O.
Pools will be heated from May 1st through October
1st.
|
P.
All residents and guests are required to be properly
attired in swim wear (no cutoffs) at all times, while
using the pool.
|
Q.
Pets are not allowed in the pool area by order of
the Orange County Health Department.
|
R.
Pool furniture and fixtures are not toys and should
not be played with. Homeowners are responsible for
any repair or replacement of furniture or pool area
fixtures due to negligent acts while using the pool
area.
|
S.
Bicycles, skateboards, skates, etc. are not allowed
in the pool area.
|
T.
Because of the potential for injury (burns, etc.)
and liability, barbecues and other types of cooking
equipment are absolutely prohibited in all common
areas. An automatic fine of $50 will be assessed to
anyone confirmed to have violated this rule.

U.
Because common areas are for the enjoyment of everyone,
the use of portable tents, shade covers, awnings or
other such equipment is prohibited. An automatic fine
of $50 will be assessed to anyone confirmed to have
violated this rule.
