Suspension of the Right to Partition

The right of partition of the Common Area is hereby suspended pursuant to Section 1354 of the California Civil Code. The project may be partitioned and sold as a whole pursuant to the provisions of Section 1354 of the Civil Code upon showing of the occurrences of any one of the events provided therein. Further, partition may be had of the project upon a showing that the conditions for such partition by sale set forth in Article X hereinabove, have been met. Nothing herein contained shall prevent partition or division of interest between joint or common owners of one condominium.
