ARTICLE XII

Leasing

Liability of any owner under these By-Laws, the Declaration and under the covenants of his deed, shall continue notwithstanding the fact that he may have leased his unit for any period of time to another person(s). It shall be an express condition of the leasing of any unit that grantees or lessees thereof read and agree to abide by all of the provisions of the Declaration. It shall also be the obligation of a leasing owner to notify the Board, in writing, of the name of his lessee.
