Welcome to La Veta Monterey's website. "Originally built as apartments in the 1970's, La Veta Monterey underwent conversion to condominiums in 1979. Since then, the owners and residents of La Veta Monterey have worked together to build a community. We are proud of the changes and improvements that have taken place - La Veta Monterey just keeps on getting better. As President, I am proud to call La Veta Monterey my home.
